Doranova is building a wet fermentation plant to a pig farm in Western Finland. The construction project will last 6 months and when operational, the plant will significantly reduce carbon footprint and enhance nutrition circulation of the farm. Biogas project is executed together with German Weltec Biopower GmbH and Czech Tedom a.s., whose 120 kW […]
Biogas plant projects
Doranova will build the first ever Hardferm biogas plant to Jepua, Finland. Hardferm biogas plants are designed for the most challenging substrates such as organic fractions of municipal solid waste (OFMWS) and farming residuals with high solid content.
Jepuan Biokaasu Oy acquired a wet fermentation plant that can handle 90 000 tons of farming, abattoir and greenhouse waste per year. Upgraded biomethane is used as a traffic fuel and in industrial processes.
Doranova delivered in the year 2010 for the BioKymppi biogas plant a 2 x 160 kWh CHP-plant which produces electricity and heath to both the plant’s needs and for selling. Doranova also designed the gas pumping unit for the plant and in 2013 delivered yet another 160 kWh CHP plant.
Novel Hardferm dry fermentation plants and traditional wet fermentation plants enable efficient biogas production.
